SUMMARY
I have a large collection of albums in Google Photos and I would like to
request two updates
1. Ability to create a new album without retrieving the list of existing albums
(I have a large collection and I need to wait for all of them to read before I
am presented a choice to create a new album)
2. Use "album"/"folder" name as the default album name to be uploaded.
