STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get a device using the legacy AMD Radeon drivers (Mobility Radeon HD
4530/4570/545v...etc)
2. Run KDE Plasma 5.25.5
3. Select a Plasma Wayland session from your display manager
4. Observe the broken cursor

OBSERVED RESULT
The Cursor becomes incredibly big compared to what it's size is supposed to be,
and has a line pattern across it. Ocassionally, a black box remeniscent of the
same line patterns appear around the cursor

EXPECTED RESULT
The Cursor shows up as expected, with the correct size and without artifacts

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have not encountered a similar issue on Plasma 5.24 before updating a my
freshly installed Fedora system, nor did I observe this on Swaywm or GNOME, on
both my ThinkPad (the device with the issue) and my Desktop with a Nvidia GPU

I have attached an image to further clarify the issue I am having
