The community policy of the University of North Carolina is that students are
welcome to use campus facilities and resources for free. This policy does not
apply to students who have a financial need or who are in need of special
services.
For example, a student who is homeless may be eligible to use campus facilities
and resources for free if they have a financial need or are in need of special
services. However, the student must be able to pay for these services.
In addition, the University of North Carolina does not allow any student to use
its facilities and resources for commercial purposes. For more information on
commercial use, please visit the University's Commercial Use Policy page.
