Layer > Convert to ...
SUMMARY

There is a small terminology difference between the items in the Layer >
Convert > Convert to ... options. All items are named "Convert to ..." except
for the file layer, which is called "To File layer". This makes it hard to
locate it under the keyboard shortcuts as it can't be found by searching for
"Convert".

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect it to be called "Convert to File layer".
