I just checked this in Plasma 5.25.5 and the labels seem consistent now.
However, all "Tapping" options are disabled (greyed out) in the "via System
Settings in sidebar view mode" scenario, but they are enabled when launching
via krunner in icon view mode, so there is clearly still inconsistencies here.
