SUMMARY
Unable to change any setting under System Settings > Applications > Default
Applications > Web Browser. The "Apply" button is not active (greyed out). All
other sections under Default Applications work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Navigate to Applications > Default Applications > Web Browser
3. Adjust settings

OBSERVED RESULT
The "Apply" button never activates nor does the default to save modal pop-up
when switching focus to another setting.

EXPECTED RESULT
As with the other settings under Default Applications for the ability to adjust
the setting by selecting the "Apply" button.
