STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have many hundreds of conversations and thousands of messages in phone
messaging app
2. Open KDE Connect SMS in QT
3. Wait a long time for all the conversations to load
OBSERVED RESULT
Long loading time to get all of the conversations and messages loaded into the
app
EXPECTED RESULT
Limited number of conversations and messages (configurable) so that loading can
be snappier.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not a bug, but a feature request that would improve performance, I think.
