STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I update my PC with pkcon refresh && pkcon update
2. Reboot
3. My Panel is freezing and the start button does not worked
OBSERVED RESULT
The Desktop is freezing after update 5.26 Many problem appears such as: The
start button does not worked, panel freeze, Dolphin freeze and only krunner
works.
EXPECTED RESULT
This should worked properly
