SUMMARY
The Icons-Only Task Manager widget has inconsistent padding on left and right,
making the panel appear uneven when populated with one or more icons.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a panel with an Icons-Only Task Manager widget
2. Observe the difference in padding between the left and right ends of the
widget
OBSERVED RESULT
Widget has inconsistent padding on left and right sides
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons appear centered in panel
