I have the lock/logoff widget on my panel and rather I click it or go to the
apps menu and select restart I do not get the one screen, Plasma just goes
straight to reboot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click restart
2. Expect the one screen with the various leave options and the cancel to open
3. Just goes straight to reboot

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This behavior did not start til after the 5.26.0 update. could be Plasma,
Plasma Framework, or the new 520 nVidia drivers, or the new 6.0 kernel.
