SUMMARY
Switching from one activity window to the next causes bad screen flicker and
hesitation to draw the window. This lasts for 1-2 seconds and then continues
normally.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Either use the mouse or the shortcut keys to switch from one activity to
another.

OBSERVED RESULT
The entire screen flickers and hesitates to draw the new Activity window.
EXPECTED RESULT
A smooth transition to the new activity.
