opens an icon with the name in task manager and it disappears after 3 seconds,
tested on 1920x1080 resolution laptop.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
FIXED by choosing snap-2.4 from sources and reinstalling, works with dual
monitors one of the laptop 1920x1080 and the other where it runs on primary
screen 2160x1080.
