Hello, I have this desktop settings resets too.
Operating System: KDE neon 5.26
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7
Kernel Version: 5.15.0-52-generic (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
I sometimes switch from X11 to Wayland and vice versa. I should check if it's
related to this switch or just on X11. Today I had this problem on X11
