SUMMARY
After unlocking screen, panel with hiding option set to "auto-hide" gets raised
above all windows and doesn't hide until you click on panel and then move mouse
elsewhere.
This is similar to bug 453373 that I filed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock screen
2. Unlock screen
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel is on top of all windows and doesn't hide until you interact with it.
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel isn't raised or if it were raised before screen being locked, it hides if
you don't interact with it.
