SUMMARY
Sometimes Dolphin doesn't fit the screen on monitor turn on. It's half visible
and rearranges the file in VERY long rows:

Here we have 279 files in one row but we can see just 11 of them.
The title bar buttons are also missing, as you can see from the screenshot
above.

1. Turn the monitor on.

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes Dolphin doesn't fit the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin shoud fit to screen and shod not be HUGE in to the invisible void.
