FWIW this is on my to-do list to fix; I know which file the bug is in
(https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kconfig/-/blob/master/src/gui/kwindowconfig.cpp);
I just need to dig into it sometime when I have a second screen attached. Most
of the time I don't.

I'll get to it eventually, but anyone else should feel free to work on it
themselves if they have time.
