STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open any app and maximise it
2. open a fullscreen game
OBSERVED RESULT
theres a 1 pixel gap where i can see through the panel to the fullscreen app
EXPECTED RESULT
it shouldnt happen (fixes itself when compositor is off)
