We are working on unit support (first dynamic unit change, then we'll do unit
conversion). In this case it's clear what % mean.
But in the case we're not in a spinbox with units I don't understand what you
mean by %. Do you mean percent of the old value ? (For example I have a box
with 12 inside, I write 4 + 50% and it translate to 4 + 0.5*12 = 10)
