So I noticed that you use the tray icon to open the window - which I don't have
enabled. So I enabled the tray icon and ran the repro again - and now I cannot
not reproduce it: with other windows on the desktop; triggered from shortcut;
triggered from mouse gestures, unpinned - it keeps showing the menu in a
window. Then, turn off the system tray icon - and now it can't be reproduced
anymore.
This is definitely about the system tray icon. I'll take a closer look at it
this evening or over the weekend - when I have time.
