I see no "Pancake day". I do see "Grandpa's Day" which is listed under the
"Cultural" category, not the "Public Holidays" category. All nations for which
we have data have "cultural" holidays defined there; nobody is claiming that
this or other "cultural" holidays are official national government-defined
holidays where you get a day off of work.
