More option -> Configure special window/application settings... 3. Add property -> minimum size 4. set minimum size to force and a smaller size than the default minimum size 5. try to resize applications to smaller size OBSERVED RESULT The window cannot be resize to the new minimum size (even after reboot). Can only resize to the default minimum size. EXPECTED RESULT The window should resize to the new minimum size.
