SUMMARY
When I'm focused on a Chromium application (such as Element Web) my Plasma
shortcuts stop working.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Chromium app;
2. Try activating some shortcuts.
OBSERVED RESULT
The shell doesn't interpret the shortcuts.
EXPECTED RESULT
The shell should interpret the shortcuts.
