Furthermore, after altering Micro's .desktop file with Exec=qmlkonsole "micro %F" and Terminal=false, I have managed to open multiple selected files from Index in a new terminal without any issue. I guess the only remaining problem is the one with Konsole being the default terminal app. Anyway, as this resolves several issues for me, I just wanna seize the opportunity to express my gratitude for fixing this!
