With kmail version 5.21.3 (22.08.3) the folder tree is now correct and folders
with "[" and/or "]" in the name show up.
Setting the status to RESOLVED.FIXED although I don't have the time to go and
hunt down where the fix took place, when and in which commit (probably not that
important anyway).
