Screenshot of issue

The problem is that in the Polish version of KDE, the Kickoff Application
Launcher component has a very strangely translated tooltip when you hover the
mouse over it. In direct translation it is:

Program Launcher.
Launcher to launch programs

It looks strange in my opinion, we have to deal with the same word repeated
three times, which is not so much misleading, but simply looks wrong.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover a mouse on runner, in left bottom corner.

OBSERVED RESULT
Uruchamiacz programów
Uruchamiacz do uruchamiania programów

EXPECTED RESULT
I don't know. Maybe delete second line, and leave only "Uruchamiacz programów"?
