The GPU 2 of my monitor appear and gone magically.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a new page.
2. add a sensor of GPU 2.
3. restart the system many times.

OBSERVED RESULT
the sensor GPU2/name shows "GPU 2", the usage/temp of GPU 2 is 0. After
restarting the system for random times, the information of GPU 2 magically
appears. After restarting the system, the GPU 2 magically gone.

EXPECTED RESULT
The information of GPU 2 should be displayed correctly all the time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The nvidia-smi output is normal.
I already try bug461389, and it fix the bug of the information of GPU 2.
But when GPU 2 name is lost, the information of GPU 2 is incorrect.
