Karbon shows the drawing in preferences-desktop-locale.svgz is completely off
the page.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open preferences-desktop-locale.svgz!
OBSERVED RESULT
The drawing is far over the upper edge of the page.
EXPECTED RESULT
The drawing should be on the page.
