SUMMARY
The 'Hide Terminal Panel' option (under the 'Tools' menu) doesn't work when
clicked. The associated keyboard shortcut (F4) also doesn't work, which means
that the only way to hide the terminal panel is to show the sidebars and press
the 'Terminal Panel' button.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the terminal panel by clicking 'Tools' -> 'Show Terminal Panel'.
2. Close the terminal panel by clicking 'Tools' -> 'Hide Terminal Panel' or
pressing 'F4' on the keyboard.

OBSERVED RESULT
The terminal panel does not close.

EXPECTED RESULT
The terminal panel closes.
