I submitted this behaviour to Krita and it is claimed to be a KDE Neon problem
(https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=463565)
On KDE Neon Krita cannot print nor can I export the image in a usable format
since the chooser is "empty". I managed to blindly select one, but that was
only an option to save hours of work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create drawing in Krita
2. Select File / Export and open the Filter chooser for file type.
3. Chooser is empty (see screen shot)
OBSERVED RESULT
Chooser is empty (entries are there, but no visible)
