SUMMARY

Docking a panel to top right corner causes the notifications to overflow on the
right side. The controls become inaccessible.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
===================
1. Create a panel.
2. Align to the right.
3. Add System Tray widget.
4. Send a notification.
OBSERVED RESULT
================
The notification overflows.
EXPECTED RESULT

The notification aligns correctly.
