I noticed that for flatpak APPs from flathub repository it shows changelogs, for "rpm" APPs it doesn't. I use Fedora 37 KDE. As you can see from the screenshot when there are system updates and I click on "Fedora Updates" it shows only the version number as a change, the same if I click on "more info".
