If i enable the ctags plugin and then go to the ctags configuration and add
various directories, there is no way to save the config. The "Save" button is
grayed out. If I then close kate and reopen it the added directories are gone
openSUSE Tumbleweed 01/02/2023 (x86_64) on kernel 6.1.1-1-default
