SUMMARY
While in Dolphin Thumbnails appeas normally, the Portal chooser, for example
for sending a file in Signal Flatpak, sometimes doesnt load thumbnails at all,
sometimes only of older images, sometimes all.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use a flatpak app and "open file"
2. choose a folder with images

OBSERVED RESULT
image loading is inconsistent, often reloading, changing when zooming view
EXPECTED RESULT
normal image thumbnails like in dolphin
