every time i reboot the device, the favorite apps and the backgroundimage are
reset to the default wich is kai as image and no apps as favorite.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. change wallpaper
2. add apps to the favorites
3. reboot device
OBSERVED RESULT
reset image and no favorites anymore
EXPECTED RESULT
changes to be persistent

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.26.4 manjaro-arm on pinephone pro

i dont know if its a plasma bug or if its a manjaro thing. i didnt tested es on
other operating systems
