The line got blurred a lot in the last years. Some solvers will only report
winning moves as hints (freecell, spider), but making using hint remove it from
highscore would be very surprising for users. So I would prefer if we kept them
in the highscore - but we could potentially add a new collectable: average
number of hints or alike.
