I, for one, don't want any of that crap. When I write, I write, and only want
to write.  That other stuff I can deal with later, if at all.  I think it would
be a plus (at least it would be a plus for me) if ghostwriter _ONLY_
implemented the markup, took the non-distraction credo to its ultimate
consequences, and deliberately refused to implement any of the dingle-dongles
that make using other script-writing software so annoying.
