SUMMARY
Panel icon size isn't an option in Plasma 5.26.90, making it impossible to
resize kickoff icon.
Icon sizes for non-task manager icons (kickoff, show desktop) aren't
configurable in Plasma 5.27 beta (5.26.90). They should be configurable like
they usually are.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to configure panel icon sizes
2. Notice there is no option
3. Kickoff icon size can't be configured anymore

Panel icon size isn't an option in Plasma 5.26.90, making it impossible to
resize kickoff icon
EXPECTED RESULT
For there to be an option to resize panel icon size like in previous plasma
versions
