When taking a screenshot with the Rectangular Region option using two monitors,
the help text appears in between both monitors which looks really odd.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have two monitors setup
2. Set capture mode area to Rectangular Region
3. Click Take a New Screenshot
Possible fixes:
1. Display the help text centered over the primary monitor only
2. Display the help text centered over all monitors
3. Display the help text on the center of the currently moused over monitor.
Personally I like option 3.
