SUMMARY
When changing the theme from quick settings the "appearance" button text in the
sidebar does not change accordingly.
Only updates after systemsettings restart.
It is pretty reliably reproducible on my system(fresh neon install).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the theme from quick settings

Text color not updating
EXPECTED RESULT
Text color updated accordingly
