No - that pertains to files sent from the phone to the desktop - whereas I have no problem doing that with the current versions of KDEConnect and openssh. The bug reported here is about an inability to browse folders on the phone. As soon as "Browse this device" is selected in the KDEConnect desktop widget a stream of error windows with an audio alarm occurs until the widget is closed.
