2. press ctrl + v to paste

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I had to restart my computer for some memory issues and i wanted to see if
maybe my laptop remembered what was on my clipboard for funsies, and when I did
the action to paste the program crashed. I repeated this 3 times and even
updated the program to see if it was just a me thing, but sure enough on 5.05
it crashed
