When right-clicking/left-clicking and dragging a TextField inside a
PromptDialog the entire content of the PromptDialog becomes draggable and
behaves like a Flickable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings app
2. Navigate to Applications
3. Select "Flatpak Permission Settings"
4. Select any Flatpak application
5. Click the "Add New" Button on any category like Filesystem Access,
Environment etc.
6. Right-click and try to drag a TextField inside the opened PromptDialog
OBSERVED RESULT
All of the PromptDialog's content becomes draggable
EXPECTED RESULT
One should not be able to drag the PromptDialog's content
