So this is effectively intentional, then. Since you don't use Kickoff, Kicker,
or Dashboard, you're missing the place where we expect the UI to be prominently
exposed, so you'll have to use one of the KRunner-powered searches.
I guess we could also put it in the Logout screen, which after all already has
other non-session-ending actions (sleep, hibernate).
