Video showing how mouse movement is ignored

SUMMARY
If you click and drag-move an item in the Favorites view in the application
launcher, the applet stops updating on mouse movement when you let go. Clicking
inside it at any point starts the program you initially drag-moved, even if
what you click is a different program's icon. You have to click outside of it
(or hit ESC) to bring it down and then bring it up anew to be able to interact
with it properly again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Application Launcher
2. Have at least two icons in the Favorites view
3. Click and drag one of the icons to somewhere else in the grid (still in the
Favorites view)
4. Click a second icon to start that program

OBSERVED RESULT
4. Mouse movement is ignored and the original icon that you moved stays
highlighted
5. The first program is started despite having clicked the second one

EXPECTED RESULT
4. Moving the mouse to the second program should highlight it
5. The second program should be started
