In general apps don't let you specify the default location for open or save
dialogs; instead they simply remember the last location you did browse to. And
Elisa already does that. So I think this is fine the way it is, and adding a
specific setting to choose a default location isn't a thing we want to do
because it would be configuration overkill, especially for an app like Elisa
that's designed to be simple and have behaviors consistent with other apps.
