SUMMARY
In KWeather 22.11 on Wayland, the background animation only plays whilst moving
the cursor inside the application window. Running under XWayland via
QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb does not produce this issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to Plasma Wayland
2. Open KWeather
3. Move your mouse cursor away from the window and keep it still
OBSERVED RESULT
Background animation stops playing
EXPECTED RESULT
Background animation keeps playing
