Does not open at all: I see a launch notification, but then nothing happens and I can wait but Spectacle doesn't show. If I wait some more and click PrtScrn again, Spectacle does appear. If I cancel the screenshot and then trigger Spectacle again - it does appear even if I trigger it immediately.
