Summary: Window decorations are very grainy and the entire
system is acting "zoomed in", ie all the window
decorations are enlarged all the widows are enlarged,
the docks are enlarged etc. the issue appeared
immediately when i upgraded to 5.27

these are pictures of the most obviously affected parts. they are significantly
larger than normal
SUMMARY
I upgraded my system to 5.27 from 5.26 and upon reboot all of the window
decorations were noticeably grainy, I tried rebooting again to fix it but to no
avail, when i launched firefox i noticed that not just the window decorations
are different, but my panels are larger as well.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. upgrade to 5.27???
