            Bug ID: 465979
Summary: Opened windows and applications are click-through
sometimes on the bottom of Task Manager

          Platform: Archlinux
                OS: Linux

short video showing the bug

SUMMARY
***
Opened windows and applications are click-through sometimes on the bottom of
Task Manager, so often left and right clicks do not work.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Left/right-clicking on opened windows/applications at the bottom of Task
Manager

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes clicks do what they are supposed to do (left-click
minimizes/unminimizes, right-click shows that window's or application's context
menu), sometimes they act like I clicked on an empty Task Manager (left-click
does nothing, righ-click opens Task Manager context menu), seemingly randomly.

EXPECTED RESULT
Left-click ALWAYS minimizes/unminimizes, right-click ALWAYS shows that window's
or application's context menu.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.1.12-zen1-1-zen
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Wayland.
Theme is Breeze Dark.
Taskbar height is 50 px, however this also happens when I lower it to
(default?) 42 px.

There is a video attachment, showing this bug while I frantically right-click
window in Task Manager on the bottom of my screen. Left-clicks also don't work
(don't minimize/unminimize windows) sometimes, seemingly randomly. But
right-clicks are easier to show.

It is probably a regression, because it didn't behave like that prior to 5.27.
