Sorry, Nate, but I have to disagree here - the main issue is with the screens
not being positioned according to the settings, not with the positioning of
windows: the latter is just a consequence of the former. Just look at the
screenshot: the screens should be arranged horizontally, but they are not and
the most likely culprit is KScreen, not KWin. I'm bringing this back to
KScreen.
